Terms of Service

Legal agreement governing your use of the Pricium platform and API services.

1Agreement & Definitions

These Terms (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Pricium.store website and API services (“Services”). By signing up or using the Services, you agree to these terms. Pricium.store (operated by [Company Name], address here) reserves the right to modify the Services or terms; continued use implies acceptance. All capitalized terms (e.g. “Services”, “User”, “API”) are as defined herein.

2Service Description

Pricium.store provides a web-scraping API for e-commerce data (product variations, pricing, availability, etc.) and location-based answers. You receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the API as documented. The API and output (JSON, CSV, etc.) is “as-is” for your internal business use only.

3Account Registration

You must register for an account using true contact information. You are responsible for maintaining your account security (passwords, API keys) and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify Pricium.store immediately of any unauthorized use or breach.

4Acceptable Use

You will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):

  • Any illegal data harvesting or network attacks.
  • Infringing others’ rights.
  • Sending spam or unsolicited messages.
  • Generating fake reviews or misleading content.
  • Interfering with networks.
  • Facilitating fraudulent schemes (e.g. ticket scalping, ad click fraud, fake engagement).

In general, you must not violate any applicable law or third-party terms of service while using Pricium API. Pricium.store may suspend or terminate any account engaged in prohibited use without notice.

5Intellectual Property

Pricium.store and its licensors own all intellectual property in the Services (software, code, branding, documentation). You receive a limited license to access and use the API and its outputs, but no ownership rights.

You shall not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or share the API or proprietary content except as expressly allowed. Any feedback you provide (bug reports, suggestions) is owned by Pricium.store. You retain all rights in your own data (“Customer Data”) submitted to the Services; you grant Pricium.store a license to use that data as needed to provide the service.

6Payment and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices and billing policies are posted on our website. By subscribing, you authorize Pricium.store to charge your payment method for ongoing fees.

All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. In case of repeated service outages (more than 3 in 1 week), you may terminate and receive a pro-rata refund for unused time. We reserve the right to change pricing, but will give at least 14 days’ notice before higher fees apply.

7Warranties and Disclaimers

YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.

The API is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. Pricium.store disclaims all warranties, express or implied (including merchantability and fitness). We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service, or accuracy of scraped data.

Pricium.store is not responsible for any changes in target websites that affect data output. We are not liable for defects caused by force majeure or third-party actions.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pricium.store’s liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding the fees paid by you in the six months before the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages (e.g. lost profits, data, opportunity). This cap is our sole monetary liability.

9Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pricium.store harmless from any claims or damages arising from your violation of this Agreement or misuse of the Services. This includes claims for copyright or data rights infringements in content you collect using our API.

10Termination

Pricium.store may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of this Agreement or misuse of the Services. You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. Termination does not relieve you of unpaid fees or obligations. Upon termination, your license ends and any unused data may be deleted.

11Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Assumed: USA, California; or EU/Czech if Pricium is EU-based]. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration (if US) or in competent courts. For EU users, we comply with the Digital Services Act and GDPR references as applicable.

12Changes to Terms

Prism.store may revise these Terms at any time. Major changes will be announced via email or on our website. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
